I fall into the "elderly" age group of persons eating a mainly plant-based diet. I was looking for a protein supplement to increase the amount of dietary protein recommended for my age group. Following an online interview with spokesperson Catharine Arnston, PhD, I decided to try VITALITYbits, taking the recommended starting dose of 10 tablets twice daily (swallowed, not chewed). So far, my CPAP machine (used regularly for several years for sleep apnea) has documented improved scores during sleep, and I find that I am usually able to read without falling asleep when I pause my day for an afternoon break with no-caffeine tea. I will not be able to tell anything about improved/maintained strength until I begin my usual vegetable gardening in late May.
