Shipping Policy

 

U.S. Shipping:

Domestic packages are shipped using USPS.  Orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 3 business days.  Orders received after 9 AM CST Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

Orders over $50 include free shipping.  For expedited or alternative shipping options, please call us at 877-418-3934, or email us at support@hebronnutrition.com.

We are not responsible for late delivery due to carrier delays.

 

International Shipping:

International packages will be shipped within 4 business days of the date of receipt.  Any address or shipping issues will be communicated through email or phone.  International shipping rates vary by destination country and can be calculated on the checkout page.

International shipping is offered to most countries worldwide with duties and taxes prepaid.  This does not include the following countries:

Japan

Mexico

New Zealand

Norway

Switzerland

Most of South America

This is not a complete list as new countries are added frequently.

DHL Express:

DHL Express is offered to all international customers, including countries we are unable to ship using our regular international carriers.
