I saw a TED talk about the immune system boost of turkey tail mushroom. I never saw any warnings about potential heart impacts. In my case, this supplement caused heart tachycardia. I'm an avid bike rider, 65 yo, and normally during a hard ride I can get the heart going at 170 beats per minute. After taking these supplements daily, I started experiencing bike rides where the heart would quickly increase to 200 or 210. My heart was pounding through my chest. At first, I thought I had developed a new heart issue. I've never had a heart issue, and my doctor says I have the heart of a 40 yo. I realized I had started using the turkey tail about 3 weeks before, and had taken a capsule the morning of my bike rides. Since stopping the turkey tail, I have not had any more episodes of tachycardia. Mushrooms have several powerful active ingredients, many beneficial. But these same active ingredients can also have side effects. Be careful. Turkey Tail is not for me!

Have taken for a few months - great product for immune system . This company very good - use a few of their other products .
