Took these for a year and I was fine until...

I started getting unbelievably severe- what I thought- was eczema. For months I did everything I could do find out what I was eating to cause it. It was on my wrists , fingers, elbows, and hands. After months of the rashes getting worse- It came to a point where I was unable to sleep because the itching was so intense. It is when I started developing deep painful puss- filled cysts that I realized its not possible that it was something I was eating- nothing was so consistent over months and I wasn't eating THAT much of anything to cause such an aggresive reaction. It had to be one of my supplements- after a couple of google searches I discovered "B12 rash" - a cluster of small fluid filled blisters. Exactly what I was experiencing. I stopped taking these and immediately started to heal. I wish I knew earlier and didn't have to suffer hopelessly for so long.

I swear by these

I suffer from chronic lower back pain, before discovering these Id go about 2 months with intense pain that I would treat with OTC pain relievers. Now when ever my pain comes back I wear these for a couple of days and poof its gone!
