Ingredients: Wheat flour, food-starch modified, salt, chlorella powder.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring 10 cups of water to boil in a large pot. Add Chlorella Udon Noodles to the boiling water. Adjust heat to medium low and gently stir to cook for about 5 minutes.

2. Drain noodles and rinse thoroughly in cold water to help tighten the noodles and stop the cooking process.

3. Enjoy Chlorella Udon Noodles!

Easy to cook and tasty

I ordered these Udon noodles to cook at home for the first time, like the first time we've ever made Udon. We were pretty excited and looked up different recipes to try that would be easy. We followed a simple stir fry type recipe and were amazed with how easy the noodles were to cook. They had a great taste and blended well into the sauce we used. Would recommend and I think they'd be fun to try in more recipes.

I like these Sun Chlorella noodles. They have an interesting taste and I see with the ingredients they are very healthy for me to eat. I will be adding more seasonings to these next time I cook them to enjoy the full flavor of these noodles.
