I have pain my calves and plantar fasciitis and so I decided to purchase this. I thought oh with the great reviews this would work the same as my arnica oil and actually I didn't find that it really it relieved that much of my my pain. It was so so..so three stars

My wife had double knee replacement

My wife had both her knees replaced at one time. After the first month where I could start touching her legs, I massage them every night. Careful not to touch the round until it healed up, I work around it. Basically helped some with her pain, relaxed her a little, kept her skin moisturized and the warming effects lingered on. Once the wounds healed up enough I slowly started to even massage gently over them. Her scars are minimal because of this I believe. And frankly, because it helps relax her, she sleeps better and has been able to minimize the pain medications
