Really Made a Difference For Me!

My doctor recommended this to me. I had been having fluctuating hormones and feeling on edge, irritable. I started with 30 mgs and wow, immediately felt a difference - felt much calmer and little things didnt bother me as much - or at all! She recommended that I could go up to 100 mgs but I feel 30 - 60 mgs is all I need. I take them at night before bed. I highly recommend them without having to be on a prescription anti-anxiety medication.

I can feel this supplement doing something. I read a lot of pubmed articles on all alternative treatments I choose. I am obsessed, in a sense, with vitamins and supplements. This I chose for progesterone insufficiency. I have noticed a decrease in general daily pain and swelling. My head feels a bit weird, though. I am taking a dosage above recommended based on adrenal insufficiency, also. There is much to this, but this is what happens when you are in a trial study for leukemia decades ago. There are many health problems later and very few definitive answers. Pharmaceuticals only go so far. Please do your research on all vitamins and supplements before ingestion. Look at published articles. But this company is a good one. The quality is there; from capsule, to information on the bottle.
