Better products already available

daily. It's consistently the best Omega-3 supplement out there with the highest concentration of Omega-3s to Fish Oil ratio. The Nordic Naturals ProEPA with Concentrated GLA looked interesting ato me at first, so I decided to try it out. Overall, the Nordic Naturals ProEPA with Concentrated GLA contains about half the dosage of DHA & EPA as what is contained in the Viva Naturals, and it's considerably more expensive than the Viva Naturals. The Nordic Naturals ProEPA with Concentrated GLA also contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is an Omega-6 fatty acid. I try to avoid Omega-6 fatty acids as they are already prevalent in the modern diet and in my opinion, we don't need to supplement them. Overall, if you're looking for a good Omega-3 fish oil supplement, I cannot recommend Nordic Naturals ProEPA with Concentrated GLA. I would recommend you look into the Viva Naturals product instead.

Trusted brand, been using it for years.

I started to use Nordic Naturals products when I was pregnant with my first, fast forward to 7 years later and our whole family still uses and trusts this brand with our fishy needs, my kids have the fish gummies every single day. We have fatty fish a couple times a week too but having grown up on daily spoonfuls of cod liver oil chucked into me (And believe it or not, I rarely get sick) I truly believe in the benefits of fish oil. This quality product is no exception and it has helped me with my dry skin issues. There is no strange aftertaste and though the gel capsule is large it is very easy to swallow.

It is a good value!

I have been taking this fish oil for almost a month. I think it is a good supplement. I cannot say it works %100 but I feel less tired and more focused. Nordic Naturals is a good brand in general. And I liked their fish oil. It is easy to swallow. It doesn't have any flavor which is what we expect from a fish oil. It is a good value!
