Regular use improves mood

I bought this for the high EPA content. Studies have shown EPA can have a positive impact on the symptoms of mild depression. It works for me, and my spouse has now been taking it for several months with positive results.

2 bottles 30% capsules broken and empty

As title says received two bottles at least 30% of capsules are broken and empty making the inside of bottle very oily!! Will try different brand next time...

Easy to swallow

So far so good. The flavor is good, Im glad I didnt taste fish oil. These vitamins are big but surprisingly very easy to swallow! Which is nice, and Ive always had trouble taking vitamins/pills etc. I havent been taking them long enough to say Ive seen a difference in my body or mood. Ill update once I do.
