My trainer told me about this as a way to get an energy boost. This morning I mixed a scoop in ice water and drank it in place of my usual coffee. I thought for sure I would be reaching for coffee in an hour or so, as I often have 2-3 cups throughout the day. Well today was the first time in years that I had zero coffee! I had sustained energy and felt great. When I did finally hit that afternoon slump time, it was not the crash I'm used to where I'm suddenly dragging and struggling to keep my eyes open, but rather an awareness that I was looking forward to work ending so I could relax. I never felt jittery, or had a sour stomach like what happens with coffee. I just felt great all day. *I didn't mid the flavor, but found I liked it even better with a small squirt of my favorite water flavor mixed in. I highly recommend this product.
