The honest, descriptive reviews helped me so I'm giving mine. I experienced bloating, mild cramping, and middle of the night urgent bathroom calls. Sometimes I'd wake in the morning to learn that I should have had a middle of the night visit to the bathroom! I went through lots of toilet paper and wash cloths. I consumed lost of Pepto-Bismol, tried a low FODMAP diet, worried about public accidents, and consulted Dr. Google for diagnoses. After nearly a year of having mostly 6-7 on the Bristol stool scale, I thought about what is a simple cause rather than thinking I had a horrible disease. I increased fiber in my diet with some results so I looked into fiber supplements. I thank the honest reviewers of this product for helping me make the decision to try this particular product. I started with one in the morning. Improvement! After a week, I took one in morning and one later in the day. Much improvement. Three weeks in and my eliminations rate mostly 5 on the Bristol scale. No accidents, very little bloating, a feeling of complete elimination (what joy!) and a reduction in toilet paper usage! I still eat more fiber and I have reduced the fat in my diet. I plan to add a third capsule to see if I can achieve a consistent #4. I find these easy to swallow and drink a full 8-oz glass of water. I do not take these in conjunction with medication or other supplements. I read it's best to take Rx or supplements an hour before or two hours after taking the psyllium husk caps. I feel so much better!
