NOW Supplements, NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) 10 mg 60 Veg Capsules

I take a lot of supplements. Ive tried all the B3 analogs. So I started at half a cap. Couldnt sleep. I thought maybe just coincidence. Ive ruled out everything else and it boils down to this supplement. Ive never taken a full cap (dose). Every time (about 6x) Ive tried this in the AM I get anxious and cant sleep. Today I had nausea along with it shortly after taking. I think its dangerous and not natural to take this straight away. I do much better with a low dose niacin like 25 or 50 mg. Im probably going to throw the rest of it away.

NADH has been recommended for decades for those dealing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. As my symptoms increase at times, the amount I need to have a noticeable effect changes. NADH helps clear brain fog in addition to increasing physical energy. I don't have caffeine-like jitters unless a *very* large dose is taken (~60-80 mg) and the wear-off is quite gradual ... there is no "crash" or sudden let-down. I usually alternate between this formulation w/ ribose and another brand that's 20mg/capsule with just the NADH in it. Sometimes, I'll take several capsules of both, depending on what my body seems to need on any given day. I take at least 40mg daily ... unless I'm so exhausted that I know it's not worth taking.
