I've purchased a few items from this manufacturer. The quality has gone downhill and I'm dissatisfied. In the recent 3 pack batch most of the capsules were not filled completely and some are half empty (see pic). The return window has ended with Amazon. I could not find a way to contact the manufacturer. I will no longer be purchasing any supplements from Now Foods.

Helps

If you have high cholesterol use this to supplement any cholesterol meds always speak to your doctor first. I like this supplement. May cause flushing of the skin but it goes away.

This item causes liver damage

It is not FDA approved nor are the statements about benefits printed on the bottle. Worse yet it causes liver damage so do not buy. Addie you cannot return it. There goes $9 in the trash
