It is a gummie

I have used the entire bottle and need to order again. I know this works great because I get terrible yeast infections when I use antibiotics. I had two rounds of antibiotics for teeth issues and then bronchitis. This product kept me from needing to use Monastat. My good bacteria was able to be replaced every day.
