I don't take at night

I like this product a lot. I am seeing some interesting positive changes BUT I won't take it at night ! I did at first and it really disrupted my sleep! So I take it first thing in the morning and it works well that way. I seem to have less headaches and a little less anxiety using this. Some other items too but I would rather keep that private ;)
