most effective

in trying to heal my gut this particular supplement all natural herbal supplement has been the most effective of all the things I've tried using it before I eat or using it one dosing a day it's just been terrific so much less bloating and my digestive system is working so much better and I've been using it for about 6 months now and I will not quit losing it and I'm so sold

Doesnt seem to work

I tried this after urban moonshines digestive bitters and it just doesnt seem to work so Im returning it. Im gonna go back to UM

A bit like snorting pepper spray

If you can imagine snorting pepper spray and then bracing for impact--Using this product is about like that. The first toot into each nostril is practically unbearable, but the result is worth it. Reduces swelling of the turbinates--and for a while. There is an immediate reaction of swelling, but it quickly subsides as your body begins to accept that it wasn't hydrochloric acid or something similar that hit the membranes, but something a little bit gentler. The second toot is usually more bearable, but not always. That first toot having opened up some spaces not previously accessible, the second toot hits those spaces and begins the torment anew. But, like I said, worth it. Brings all the crap down or out and reduces swelling like you took a Motrin. Great product, but you have to want the relief enough to endure the discomfort of blasting your brains out with blowtorch. The metaphor is harsh, I know, but I assure you there's no lasting damage.

Clears nasal passages

This definitely clears nasal passages. The sting is very slight and only lasts a few seconds. However, after reading a few articles, I bought it hoping it would relieve my Chronic Non-Allergic Rhinitis. I've been using once or twice daily for a few weeks and I still sniffle, sneeze, and have to clear my throat or cough due nasal drainage. Maybe there's not enough capsicum in it for my condition. This product will probably satisfy most people looking for short term relief from nasal congestion though.
