Hard to find Vit D at such a high dose. Glad to have found locally so no longer purchasing from Amazon where efficacy could be compromised if item comes from a hot warehouse (no A/C in these places to save $$)

Liqui-D3, you need this!

I feel this Liqui-D3 really has no flavor, it's just oily. Hubby always complains! We both take it. I have used it since 2009 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a health consult with a pharmacist who deals in more natural solutions, who recommended it, I began taking it. I got an initial lab done for D levels and I was in normal range for that particular lab and report. I'm thinking it might have been between 20 and 30. Just 2 weeks ago we were tested and my level was 78.5 ng/ML. Life Extensions company recommends levels to be between 50 and 80. I'm really happy with that result. I try to take 5 drops per day which is 10,000 IU. Keeping our immune systems built up is extremely important now more than ever as we don't plan to be submitted to the jab. A side note, my last bone density was slightly better than the previous one. I also take calcium and magnesium and I'm 69 years old. One bottle lasts quite a while. We drop it on a spoon and lick it off...easier than holding the dropper above our mouth and trying to drop it in!
