Why Zinc + Quercetin?

Weve tried several Zinc supplements and let me explain why one is strongly worth considering: As you likely know, zinc can be an effective supplement for its antioxidant properties and helping to ward off colds and bugs, particularly in the colder months. This product from Quicksilver includes 10 mg per serving, or 91% of the daily value. Although this is much less than other, less expensive brands, worthy Quercetin is also included. If you dont already know, Quercetin is a flavonoid found naturally in many plants including nettle, and foods, too. It highly regarded for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities. From the perspective of my wife and I, this is an excellent product yet $2.17 per daily dose of two capsules is higher than we are used to paying. As always, before embarking on any supplementation, consult your physician first.
