Helps my sore shoulders and knees

It helps my sore shoulders (not sure why they're sore) and knees (excess water in the knee). I use a thin layer - this is not a massage product and using more does not increase the effect. I do NOT know if this helps arthritis, as I don't have arthritis, according to the doctors. I wish you readers, good health.
