Dosage
According to Him-che Yeung in Handbook of Chinese Herbs and Formulas, Vol. 2, the standard daily dose in decoction for this formula is 108 grams. Because of the 10:1 concentration ratio and the efficiency of our manufacturing process it would take only 15 capsules per day of Blue Poppy's version of this formula to equal the standard daily dose. The actual prescribed dose should be determined by the practitioner on a case by case basis.

Good for people on Thyroid Meds

I needed this to help the absorbancy of my Thyroid medication. My levels were very low, even on medication. The doctor changed my dose slightly and told me to take this. My levels are normal now.

I think is helping my mother with energy and depression

My 67 years old mother has been struggling with depression for many years, she is taking this b12 together with good magnesium and prebiotic and she is doing much better. She is happier and have energy plans in the garden and cook her meals

check your product before you take it. this distributor is faulty.

here's the thing: i like the gui pi tang formula, it works well for me. but the shame is, this distributor sucks. they included the wrong formula in my shipment 2 out of 4 times i've ordered with them. so, when i ordered 2 bottles of gui pi tang, assuming, only one of them was different. so i unconsciously started to consume this other formula for a week after the gui pi tang, and had major discomfort and weird reactions. which is honestly extremely terrible. distrbutor, please double triple quadruple 10x check your shipments so your customers don't get sick. but the gui pi tang formula itself is great. just really upset with this distrbutor. if you recommend another distributor, i will buy from them. sharing this review so you don't make the same mistake.
