Read the label and found it contains ASPARTATE which I am allergic .
Boiron has an app btw called "medicine finder" which suggested this med. I also tried the other 2 ones supposed to help vertigo "phosphorus 200ck" and another. THIS one in the 200ck worked. IM SO RELIEVED.
Take these daily and easy to swallow
