This is the strongest (standardized strength and 3rd party lab tested; I use Consumer Labs myself) - ginger supplement available on Amazon. My only complaint is that it isn't always in stock! Very useful for nausea; and very useful for inflammation. The beneficial properties of ginger are too many to mention but the research is easily available and there is a lot of it on ginger - even more than on turmeric in some cases. Look up papers from reputable US or EU government sites and decide for yourself. Better yet, try a capsule if you have an upset stomach. Works better than prescription anti-nausea medication for myself and my wife!
When I started drinking ginger ale, immediately my stomach & intestines felt so much better ! Healthier. So, by taking a ginger capsule, I could get more variety in what I drank.
My doctor recommended I take ginger to help with some recent digestive issues. I initially balked at the price and instead bought a cheap brand from my local drugstore. I saw a small improvement, so when I ran out I splurged and bought this one. As soon as I started taking this one, I saw a huge improvement compared to the drugstore brand. It's really helping speed up my digestion, which is the main reason I'm taking it.
I tried these thinking they might help with my digestive issues. Not only did they not help but they gave me heartburn especially taking them between meals as is directed. I first tried taking them before breakfast but not only gave me heartburn, they also made me feel sick. Use these with caution if you already have heartburn or stomach issues. They are strong, might want to ask your doctor if unsure.
The only down side is an occasional burp that you can taste the pill.
