Suggested Use: Adults take 1 caplet three times per day for the first two days. After two days, increase usage to 2 caplets three times per day for the next 13 days. Best if taken on an empty stomach with 8 ounces of purified water. Not intended for children.

Fungal defense

The first time I used it it messed up my stomach bad. I have had the courage to try again. It may have just been detoxing my gut, but it was pretty bad. I will try again sometime.

I have frequent yeast-related fungal skin outbreaks when it is hot. This will clear an outbreak and prevent them if I take one to two per day. I take these regularly. Such a great product.
