Works great for hiatal hernias.

Works great for hiatal hernias. I take two of these at night before I go to bed with water and they do the job in relieving any discomfort I might have during the night as a result of my hiatal hernia. I also sleep on a large wedge pillow, drink baking soda water and have a chiropractor that can manage my hernia but this product has been very helpful.

I usa 2 tablets after a spicy meal. It works like a charm. If I don't use this product after a spicy meal or if I overeat I feal bad you know heartburn bloating and agitated.
