I think it actually makes my skin look better, with much less brown spots and such.

I began taking this supplement about 9 years ago. I started taking it to increase my immune system, so I wouldnt get sick often. It seemed to really make a difference. But the reason I would not want to stop taking it, ever, is because soon after I had been using it, I realized that my skin was looking much better, and this has continued. (Before I started taking it, I was seeing a lot of brown spots appearing. Im 69 years old.) And I take only two each morning, on an empty stomach, so the bottle of 240 capsules is very economical, really. I recommend this product, for sure!

I take at night with water, not a meal. No idea if they actually help the body but believe this could be a crucial supplement. They do not upset my stomach. Have reordered.

It keeps away cancer of the Prostate

After I was treated with Prostate cancer I was advised to start using this product every morning. It has been 15 years and the Prostate Cancer has never come back. Also, my wife and I were living in India. She started getting pains in one of her Breasts. I asked her to take 2 of these capsules every morning. The pain went away. That has been 7 years ago! I am REALLY sold on this Product! The cost is very low, when you figure out how many capsules, and how long they last!
