Contains phosphatidylserine which when combined with caffeine, gives panic attacks

Be very careful if you take caffeine especially after 3pm.

Easiest way to take BodyBio PC

Take a tablespoon and pour in 1 tsp of a lipid such as Omega3 fish/algal oil, flaxseed oil, or olive oil. Carefully add BodyBio PC direct from the bottle into the lipid. Using spoon take the mixture and swallow immediately (it slides off spoon and down throat easily). I was having a very hard time taking the BodyBio due to the taste and consistency. This method helps the BodyBio just slide off the spoon and down the throat. The unpleasant taste is reduced by 90%. Without using this method I would have not been able to keep taking it - I found it that unpleasant. Try it, it works!

Sadly I had to dispose of it. The taste was just awful.

I don't know if it would have worked, I could not get past the terribly bitter taste. I'm used to all kinds of formulas and don't expect my nutritional products to taste good but this was really bitter. It is a very thick syrup, brown color. I threw it out.
