Either expired or stored improperly! The contents are black and very hard. I contacted Progressive Lab who said the capsule contents should be firm, but not hard and they should be amber, not black. I will say that I was assisted by Ritz who was extremely helpful and I received a refund even after the 30 day limit.

Great product, fast ship

dried up capsules

capsules inside bottle were dried up and hard as a rock. bottle was properly sealed. not sure about an expiration date, only a lit number was indicated in the bottle. not sure if these were old or if it was a lab quality control issue. i am waiting to hear back from progressive labs.
