This works

I was going through a pretty rough time after both of my brothers passed away while living abroad recently. I was depressed and could not sleep... I have used Rescue Remedy since the 80s, so for figured maybe these would help me to fall asleep. I was eating up to 3 of these every night and they worked great. Knocked me right out. But after using them for several weeks, I started finding myself falling asleep over and over all day long. I would be watching a movie and keep falling asleep, reading a book, same thing. I thought about it and decided I was taking too many of these for too long and stopped. The sleepiness went away. Now I only use 1 of them when I can't fall asleep and it's all good

These did not work for me

Not only did this product not help with my sleep issues but when I requested a refund I did not get any response.. After seeral weeks I am still waiting for return information. Very disappointed!

This stuff WORKS

I took this on a six week long overseas work trip, where I was six hours out of my time zone. Not only did I sleep so much better than usual, I stopped having to get up to pee in the middle of the night. Bizarrely, I also felt less pressure to pee during the day, which I was beginning to wonder the last couple of years was an inevitability of getting older, and had never been a problem before. Pretty sure sleeping better improved my vasopressin production, which explains the nighttime success, but less so the daytime. Ultimately it does grow less effective, or at least did for me after a few months. But if you need to change time zones or work schedules, I can’t recommend this enough. I’ve given it as gifts to multiple family members now.
