Anthony's Collagen Peptide Powder 1 lb from Grass Fed Cows

For years I have been taking another brand and found that collagen powder really does help me with my hair, nails and skin. Recently I had noticed that the price has really exploded and found it to be too expensive so I decided to shop around again to find another equivalent. I found this one and boy I was shocked at how much you get compared to the one I used to have which was only 7oz. Only just a few more bucks and you get 1lb of powder, that is an amazing deal. This is really fantastic value for money and does exactly the same thing. This is a good quality product and well worth trying.

Very fine powder and dissolves in room temp water. I drink it straight and I like the taste. It’s not 100% flavorless but I am used to drinking bone broth and this has far far less flavor than bone broth. Not sure if the product is working as intended but will continue to take to find out results.

I've been using Anthony's since the beginning of the pandemic due to massive hairloss. First, it DOES NOT SMELL like burnt animal hair!! It DOES NOT have a funky barnyard taste & it dissolves easily & completely! I use several Anthony's products & am very happy with their selection & quality. My hair started falling out from the root (you can look at the scalp end of your strands closely & see the root bulb) I decided to try collagen & finally found Anthony's. My hair doesn't fall like that now. I have fine relatively thin long hair & live in a very dry climate so I still get breakage but I don't have to clean my comb/brush 3 times when I go through my hair, lol! A huge relief! My hair doesn't seem to tangle as easily either. I had tried other brands & couldn't stomach them *cringe*. The "burnt hair" smell others have is so foul!!! Add the taste of those others & you get the full on barnyard experience *gag*. I figured I just can't take collagen...it's too blech!! In a "last ditch effort" I bought Anthony's & was happily surprised! Thanks for making great products available & for a reasonable cost!!

I'm 58 at the time of this review. Started supplementing for general inflammation and joint health back in my mid-40s. At that age, my athletic friends were becoming less active, many getting cortisone injections, and quite a few already having shoulder and knee replacement surgeries. I also began to suffer from sore joints - fingers, knees, and pretty much everything in-between. Determined to keep healthy and active, I began taking supplements for inflammation and started searching for an effective collagen product that wouldn’t trigger my gag reflex. After about 6 months of misses, I discovered this one. Been taking it for over 2 years now and am still doing all manner of physical activity to include ruck and sandbag training, running, cycling, and weightlifting, all without joint pain. Every morning I put 2 tablespoons in my bulletproof coffee and the powder simply disappears - I truly can’t tell it's there. I have zero side effects from this product, unless you want to count having to clip my nails and cut my hair more often ... which I’ll admit is a PIA … but that’s way better than having PI my joints!

Best collagen I have found! I couldn’t handle most because of the strange taste! I put this in some herbal tea and it’s amazing! Dissolves super fast! No clumps! My nails are growing like crazy! Love this product!
