Directions: Use as needed. For best results, use at the first sign of symptoms. Shake well before use. For an allergic reaction: Take 5-10 drops under the tongue at the onset of symptoms. Tried everything there is for allergies. Bought this as last resort and to my surprise it works. I have severe seasonal allergies and AC allergies. Few drops relieves all my symptoms. Highly doubted it work but it does
