this works better than anything else for me, and stored in the fridge once opened, it lasts as long as I need it to. MTHFR mutation that has found I just need an excellent quality supplement. It's especially important in stressful times. This one works better than the others, I don't know why, but for me it worth the price.

Sub lingual is best

Im unable to take methylated B 12 supplements so I have to use pure encapsulation products without methylated B 12 this liquid is super easy to take taste great and is high potency

Use a dropper! Don't buy these liquid vitamins, it's a mess!

They don't include a dropper and you can't really MEASURE the portion, it falls all over the place. Wish I could return it, I'd just won't buy it again. I'm a great fan of Pure E. but their liquid vitamins were a TOTAL LET DOWN.
