Made me very sick

I purchased this product after meeting Chris Shade and having him assure me his products cured diseases like I had (often severe chemical sensitivities). He gave me his card and mobile phone number and was quite charming. The product made me sick almost right away, and based on his invitation to help me I called his office first and left a message that I was in distress from his product and needed his advice. Then I sent an email. Then I called his mobile. He made no effort to respond, embarrassing his staff who did pick up the phone. I was quite sick from this for more than a week and came away with the impression that Shade is at best a phony and at at worst practicing medicine without a license (he is not a medical doctor yet tells people like me he can cure their diseases).

Delivered leaking inside of packaging. Not eligible for return.

Product was leaking inside of package upon delivery. The smell and feel of the leaked fluid was from the product, not condensation of cold pack or it leaking. Additionally, the cold pack had long since thawed. I attempted to return it, but Amazon states the product is not eligible for return. What a waste of money.
