Whatever roots and or extracts happen to be in this product, they work very quickly and give me a boost of energy like I've had two red bulls within almost 20 minutes. If the nutrition values are actually correct or even close to it then I would greatly recommend this product. It actually tastes pretty good too no matter what I mix it into

Probably great quality but too $$$

I know the quality of this company is good - but do they have to be twice as much as other decent brands? I ended up returning and buying a cheaper brand
