These are exactly what I wanted. They are as low on sugar as you are going to find for freeze dried berries. If you are looking for something with a sweet taste this isn't it. I eat them with my trail mix so they balance out the other flavors well and add in extra nutrients and fiber. Since I am eating only part of the bag my intake of carbohydrates is not high.

Great For Making Snack Bars & In Cereal.

Great For Making Snack Bars & In Cereal. I mostly keep them around for baking, making snacks and using in recipes, since they are a little bit expensive for having in cereal every day. I do love to have that option, when I do not have fresh fruit to eat in my cereal. Once I Open them, I try to use them quick, humidity can change them a little. I zip the bag, fold the top over to seal them, and keep them in an additional ziplock, if I am not going to use them right away. They are great to have on hand.
