After experimenting over the years, I've come to the conclusion that these are the highest quality for value. Since I consume a diet consisting of 90 % non-animal based products, I have to supplement a bit, and prefer using kid's versions often. Most companies don't offer lower dose options for adults that are more in-line with what is a reasonable daily added value, so I'm forced to wade in the kiddy pool. (Fine by me, it's often cheaper here!) Anyway, this formula and amount is just right, and Nordic is excellent. I'll be purchasing these moving forward, any time I'm supplementing Omega!

Good product but one time buy

Its a good product and easy to swallow . I know because I tried it. My daughter wasnt the biggest fan tho. Shes three and she was able to take them but disliked it . She prefers the chewable ones better. I have almost a full container so Ill finish them so they dont go to waste.

My son (3 yo) LOVES these! He likes the flavor & it's also easy for him to swallow/chew. This makes morning vitamin time fun & he actually reminds me to always give these to him!
