Shake well before each use: put 1 to 8 drops in 4oz. of water and wait one minute before drinking. Start with 1 drop daily just before bedtime. Add 1 drop per dose every 3 days until reaching 8 drops. Take for 2 months at full dosage or as directed by your physician.

Did not work

I bought this product after watching a video from Dr Lee Cowden. I had high hopes that it would help me with emotional anxiety. The first few nights I noticed a difference in my sleep and dreams. It was not a beneficial difference. After a few nights everything went back to the way it was. I have completed the 3-week ramp up to the full dose and six weeks at the full dose. I have had no change. This has not helped at all.

Need time for it to work

I'm only up to three drops. So I don't know for sure. I had an emotional release after I started that probably was because of it. Not having the dreams that everyone talks about. Giving to my son and he's not reporting any dreams either. Have to give it more time.

Great sleep ??

I was taking an other natural product for several months and didn't feel it help much . Since taking Exov for about 2 weeks I've been able to have a peaceful and longer sleep as well as vivid dreams .
