Seeming to work

I've been taking this msm for a little over a week now, and I have noticed a big difference in my pain. Also I have been sleeping quite a bit better and feeling better in general. Something I haven't been able to do is sleep. I can't wait to see how it works a little farther down the road. I now take 3 instead of 2. I also know that when taking msm you should take vitamin c with it for better absorption. It doe's seem to work better that way. I will buy this again.

Best supplement

I only take one per day, as taking more keeps me awake at night. Particularly like the K2 additive, and my dental hygienist remarked that one of my tooth pockets they were watching has finally reduced in size. I'm a big fan of Pure Encapsulations.
