Toxic?

Ok so idk what I did differently than everyone else or how so many people do well on this supplement, but after taking only a few drops (5 or so) (way less than the dosage marked on the lable) I was hit immediately with heart palpitations. Over the course of the day the symptoms weaned a little but still varied. By bedtime, I was hit a headache, chills, mental racing/irritability, and diarrhea. I sat most of the night wondering if I should go to the ER. I also started reading up on the the particular selenium in this formula, which has mixed results but many sources saying it is toxic to take compared to other forms. I just with I had known this before taking this product and I hope that I didn't cause any long term problems.

Extremely drying and irritation

No matter how much I moisturize my face, once I apply this sunscreen my face becomes extremely dry and skin gets so irritated
