Inactive Ingredients: cacia Gum, Lactose N.F.

Directions: Adults and children 12 years and over: disolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 4 hour, 6 times per day. Children 6-12 years: dissolve 1-2 tablets under tongue every 4 hours, 6 times per day.

It worked the first night!

This worked the first night! I am a man 62 with bad restless leg syndrome that drives me crazy most of the night. Also during the day a bit as well. This worked great and right away the first night. I took it twice the first night about an hour between each dose. Now just before bed. I am very, very happy with it! I can sleep so much better and I don't have to take another drug to fix my RLS thankfully! ROCK ON!

This stuff really works!

I've had a problem with nervous, uncomfortable legs since I was a boy. It doesn't occur often, but it's miserable when it does. The worst is on airplanes where I'm trapped in a seat for hours. I don't know what makes Restful Legs work, but it is indeed effective. I carry a bottle with me when I travel, and I have more at my office and at my home.
