Helps with my PMS breast soreness

I have to admit first off that I have no idea what this formula is actually supposed to do. I know it contains broccoli and vitamin D. My ND suggested I take this because I was experiencing extreme breast tenderness before and during my periods, along with other hormonal issues. Well I can honestly say that my breast pain has pretty much been alleviated since I started taking these regularly. When I forget to take them, because I tend to do that and it could be a week before I get back to it, the tenderness returns. So I dont know if this is a function of these supplements but it does seem to work for me in that capacity.
