I have more energy

Im a stay-at-home mom of two young toddlers and need all the energy I can get. When I take this, I notice a big difference in how much energy I have. Its pretty amazing. When I start to feel low energy, its usually because I forgot to take these vitamins! Would definitely recommend. The bottle says to take two in the AM and two in the PM, but I usually only take the two in the AM.

Finally an organic multi vitamin I can handle.

First off, I was looking for an organic multi-vitamin that was somewhat easy to swallow, had good quality ingredients and did not make me nauseous taking it on an empty stomach. I have had the nausea issue with several multi-vitamins. Finally- I have found one I can take and trust.

I don't like that this vitamin is 4 capsules. Trying to remember to take 2 at breakfast and 2 at lunch is difficult. They are capsules so they aren't hard to swallow at least. I do feel like I have less constipation due to the included probiotics. However the reason I gave it two stars is because of the high vitamin K content. Vitamin K is fat soluble which means you do not pee out the excess. Lastly, I'd prefer a multi with the full 18mg iron due to still having a menstrual cycle.
