My wife had double knee replacement

My wife had both her knees replaced at one time. After the first month where I could start touching her legs, I massage them every night. Careful not to touch the round until it healed up, I work around it. Basically helped some with her pain, relaxed her a little, kept her skin moisturized and the warming effects lingered on. Once the wounds healed up enough I slowly started to even massage gently over them. Her scars are minimal because of this I believe. And frankly, because it helps relax her, she sleeps better and has been able to minimize the pain medications.

Quality pregnancy body oil thats not overpriced

I was researching endlessly to finally find this oil that smells good and absorbs it well on my pregnant belly. Its made in Germany and the ingredients are all natural and organic. The oil absorbs it so well that I wish they have pregnancy butter or pregnancy lotion to pair with. Before founding this product, I was using Palmers and Alba, greasy and not smelling good. I dont want to spend over $50 for just a small bottle of oil that I know those ingredients by itself wont even make the whole bottle that expensive. Its just all about advertising and influencers promote the product or not. I was recommended by my sister to use Clarnis stretch mark products, but after reading their ingredients list, I will say they are using the same or some other ingredients that are not that necessary or that effective for stretch mark prevention. Overall, do your own research on the ingredients list and you will find out those expensive stretch mark oil products are using just the same ingredients if not the best to this body oil.
