Directions: At first sign of symptoms: Adults and children 4 years and older: 1 tablet every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. Standard dosage: Adults and children 4 years and older: 3 tablets per day, taking 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours. For children under 4, consult your health professional. Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow.

Warnings: If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist or worsen, a health professional should be consulted. Severe or persistent sore throat accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea, and vomiting may be serious. Consult physician promptly. Do not use more than 2 days or administer to children under 4 years of age unless directed by a physician. Stop and ask a doctor if irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens, or if swelling, rash or fever develops. Do not use if known sensitivity to Throat or any of its ingredients exists.

Works Perfectly if Taken Correctly

After reading many reviews, I bought this to have in my medicine cabinet. In 2019, I got a sore throat and took this and within a day my throat cleared up. In 2020, I got a scratchy throat starting and was worried about a viral or bacterial infection starting and took this at early onset. It cleared it up within a few hours. You must take it at the first sign of ailment. The bottle say 1 pill every 30 minutes for four hours. I set a kitchen timer for 30 minutes for 4 straight hours to take as directed. I noticed it starting to feel better in about 2 hrs; it cleared my throat up in 3 hours but I continued to take for the full 4 hours as directed. Those who say it didnt work most likely didnt take it as directed. Also, you allow the smallish pill to dissolve in your mouth (or under tongue); you do not SWALLOW it! You can spend a lot more money on something else but this product works for cheap!

Worked quickly and well

This worked immediately (felt better in one day) after nothing else I tried brought the slightest relief. I'm keeping this in my medicine cabinet.
