I broke out

Not exactly sure what went wrong with this product but I broke out when I started using it and my break outs resolved after stopping. Didn't feel particularly moisturizing either.

Irritating and gummy

It's awful. There is a strong, astringent smell and the consistency is very gummy. It's smooth on my fingers when I apply it but it then quickly freezes them and flakes off my skin. I've been using it for about two weeks, easing into this new product since my experience with rentinols is that it can be very burning on your face if you immediately switch over. I'm not sure if this is the same for rentinal products like this but I wanted to be careful. Today is the last straw, my face looks sunburned within minutes of application which is a new reaction. I'm throwing away this product. Don't waste your money and don't risk damaging your skin. (My skin is normal to dry, not acne prone and not sensitive.)

Helps with my pinched nerve

It didnt fix my rotated spine, but made me much more comfortable while waiting to get into the chiropractor

Irritating

I did not do well with this product. It caused some sensory painyes painif I rubbed my skin at certain angles and I got some localized redness. Sure retinal doesnt work for everyone, its only one step down from retinoic acid, but I also didnt understand whats up with all the extra ingredients and scents. I switched to retinol and the side effects are much much less so far.

Not as good as Calm

I expected at least equal results for my son's restless leg syndrome as "Calm," but Thorne Research wasn't as effective for him. It worked OK, but not as well.
