Cleansing experience :)

Lets get real. Most glorious poops of my life. Consistency not too firm, not too soft. Felt like I was unloading from years of build up. TMI but being able to make alphabet letters when I gowasnt something I could do before but now I can. I dont buy into gimmicks and usually very leery on health products. Tried this product from some samples given to me from a health food store though and decided I needed them to be a regular thing in my life. Took them not thinking I would notice a difference but within the first day, there was a big difference. Highly recommend if you want your guts to be happy.

May be helpful for pain but has not been helpful for congestion or pressure

I have been taking the Borion Sinuscalm Simus relief medicine for several days every two hours up to six times per day as per instructions. I have a few doses left but so far, I am not sure if they have made an impact. I have not had as much pain but the congestion and pressure is still prevalent and it is several days past when the congestion started. I was hoping that they would clear the congestion and help with the pressure in my sinuses. Perhaps, they will work for others but they have not had the impact I was hoping for.
