Works well for me, with no grogginess.

Great Product - Inducing Sleep Without Grogginess

Have tried several dosings and types of Melatonin. This has to be the best, 2mg, but I find I have to take it about 8:30pm in order for it to kick in at my bedtime, approx 11:00 or 11:30pm. Works great helping me get a full night's sleep.

All the nutrition in this supplement is complete. Unfortunately I had to stop taking it. It made me run to the toilet several times a day. I guess it did not agree with my digestive system.
