Directions: Shake well before use. Wash hands and face with warm soapy water. Moisten cotton ball, add 2-3 drops of product, gently rub all over areas of acne. Can also be applied directly from the bottle. Repeat three times per day.

I never really had to deal with acne in high school or 2 years after I graduated.. but all of a sudden my face went haywire on my cheekbones. It could be hormonal, I'm not too sure. I got this product this past Friday and even after using it for 4 days, I can already see a difference. I only put it on the spots I'm breaking out because I already have dry skin. No, my skin isn't acne-free yet but like I said, I've only used it for 4 days. It also smells like lavender throughout the day and makes my skin feel clean all day long. So far this has definitively worked and I am pleased with it!!!

Don't waste your money.

I didn't feel any different from regular l-theanine I use, if anything the less expensive brands actually worked compared to this.
