First it tastes terrible BUT given it's more effective than in pill or capsule form it's worth it. I put about 4-5 large amounts in eye dropper in 8 Oz juice glass of Orange juice or any juice. It's helps a bit but I eat something then as I'm eating it I take a large sip of juice. I helps. Get past the 1st gulp, rest won't be so bad. The results are worth it.

This magnesium helps me in so many ways! I feel I think clear and have more energy. If I ever forget, I can totally tell the difference and how I feel. This magnesium has so many benefits.

DO NOT Drink by itself! I see some reviews about taste and it lets me know the person failed to read the directions. I put the required amount each day in a water bottle and drink throughout the day. This is great after a challenging workout or just b/c our bodies need magnesium more than we realize. The combo of water and magnesium helped especially with hot yoga training, running, hiking, w/e. I highly recommend. This a healthy diet and sleep was an addition to regulate my mood and increase my health and wellness habits.
