capsules are the way to go..they work around the 30-45 min mark in a workout

gives me ability to do two a days without causing overtraining and to prevent injury. Love this product.

Works for me

I take 4 capsules 1hr before each hockey game. Helps me skate longer as my legs used to get wobbly after the 1st period. Works great though. Does make your skin tingle, but you get used to it.

Awesome stuff!

This gives me a nice tingle like all beta alanine does, and it seems to make me want to do things and get off the couch.. also has an energetic effect without the stimulant feeling. Works well as a preworkout also.

Good product clearly high in quality I feel it under 10 minutes but take as directed

About 30 mins after I take them I get a pins and needle all over

Not sure if they help or work. But 30 mins after taking them get pins and needles all over my body for about 5 mins. Isn't painful but definitely feels odd and limits how often and when I will take them.
