I ordered these based on a recommendation I saw online. I have allergies so I always read labels, I also work in health care; that being said the ingredient list looks great. The only ingredient I wish it had was iron. However, when I opened the package the smell of dried fish dust greeted me, along with pills that would put horse pills to shame. Upon reading the bottle they expect you to take 3 of these gigantic pills. I am not a baby when it comes to swallowing pills but these were miserable. The smell and taste is disgusting and the caps make them stick in the back of your mouth making it hard to get them down. Ones you finally do get them down the amount of powder being released in you stomach makes me feel like I can relate to anyone that has need to have charcoal pumped into there stomach to soak up toxins. Then you burp up that fish smell all day. If you are nauseous at all, forget about being able to stomach these things. I have found prenatals with ingredients just as good or better without the horrendous taste and that are much easier to get down. Do yourself and favor and don't bother with this product, will probably not finish the bottle.

These are decent prenatals. They smell like iron but they go down easy.

These have been ok during my stint in using them. My main issue has always been the metallic taste of them and the horrible fishy metallic burps afterwards.
